Summary
This study is testing a new type of targeted radiation therapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will give patients a radioactive drug designed to seek out and deliver radiation directly to cancer cells. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can help control the cancer in patients who have run out of other options.
