Scientists test new cancer Drug's heart safety on healthy volunteers
NCT ID NCT07162116
Summary
This early-stage study aims to check if a single dose of an experimental drug called XY0206 affects the heart's electrical rhythm (QT interval) in healthy people. The drug is being developed to treat a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia. About 45 to 75 healthy Chinese volunteers will take one dose of the drug, a placebo, or a comparison drug, and researchers will closely monitor their heart activity and blood levels for three days.
