New 'Tumor-Activated' drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This is the first study in people to test a new drug called XTX301 for advanced solid tumors. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. It is for patients with cancers like lung, melanoma, or ovarian cancer that have spread or gotten worse despite standard treatments.
