Summary

This study is testing a new drug called XTMAB-16 for adults with pulmonary sarcoidosis, a disease that causes inflammation and scarring in the lungs. The main goals are to see if the drug is safe and if it can help patients reduce their daily dose of steroid medications, which often cause significant side effects. The trial will measure how many participants can successfully lower their steroid dose and maintain that reduction over 24 weeks.
