New weight loss injection enters early human testing

Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental injection called XTL6001 for weight management in healthy and obese adults. The study will check safety, side effects, and how the drug moves through the body. About 80 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo in single or multiple doses.
