Summary
This study tests a new drug called XNW28012 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, ovarian, cervical, or colorectal cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 350 people will take part in two phases: first finding the right dose, then checking how well it works.
