Summary
This study tests a drug called XmAb20717 in 27 adults with advanced biliary tract cancer (bile duct or gallbladder cancer) that worsened after standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants receive the drug alone, and researchers track response and survival.
