Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding the immunotherapy drug vudalimab (XmAb20717) to standard hormone therapy or chemotherapy could help men with prostate cancer that has spread. Only 4 men took part before the study was stopped. The main goals were to check safety and see if the combination slowed cancer growth.
