Summary

This study tested a new drug called WVE-006 in 47 healthy volunteers to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The goal was to gather information for future trials in people with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, a genetic condition that can damage the lungs and liver. Participants received either a single dose or multiple doses of the drug or a placebo.
