New drug targets fluid buildup in advanced cancer

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called WSK-IM02 in 9 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and caused fluid buildup in the chest or belly. The drug is given directly into the fluid space to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors or control the fluid. Participants must have tried standard treatments without success.
