First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested a special exercise program for people with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Instead of heavy weights, participants did wrist exercises while a cuff lightly restricted blood flow to the arm. The goal was to reduce pain and improve grip strength without causing more discomfort. The study included 34 adults aged 18 to 45 who had typical tennis elbow symptoms.
