Surgery vs. stretches: the battle for wrist relief
NCT ID NCT07162415
Summary
This study aims to find out if surgery is better than simple exercises for treating painful wrist ganglions. Researchers will randomly assign 220 adults to either have the ganglion surgically removed or to follow a conservative plan of hand exercises and normal use. Participants will report their pain, hand function, and satisfaction over a year to see which approach provides better relief.
