Summary
This study explores using a special local anesthesia called WALANT, which keeps the arm awake and movable, during wrist fracture repair with a tiny camera (arthroscopy). The goal is to see if this approach can make surgery more precise, reduce pain, and speed up recovery. About 12 adults with a broken wrist will take part.
