Summary

This study explores whether a new type of local anesthesia called WALANT can be used during wrist arthroscopy to repair broken wrist bones. The goal is to improve surgical precision, reduce pain, and speed up recovery. Twelve adults with displaced wrist fractures will be enrolled to see if the procedure is possible without switching to general anesthesia.
