Summary

This study is testing two physical therapy approaches to help people recover from a broken wrist. It will compare adding either hands-on joint mobilization or mental movement imagery exercises to standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which method better improves wrist position sense, reduces pain, and increases strength and function after surgery.
