Mind over matter? new therapies tested for healing broken wrists
NCT ID NCT07288060
Summary
This study is testing two different physical therapy approaches to help people recover from a broken wrist. It will compare hands-on joint mobilization (Mulligan technique) and mental rehearsal exercises (graded motor imagery) against standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which method best improves wrist movement, reduces pain and fear of movement, and restores strength and function after surgery.
