Summary

This study is training a computer program to recognize when someone uses opioids or is going through withdrawal, using data from a wrist-worn device. About 420 adults with opioid use disorder will wear a smartwatch while receiving standard treatment. The goal is to see if the device's biometric data can accurately identify these events, which could help improve monitoring and care.
