Summary
This study tested whether a short-term wrestling program could improve mental health in teenage boys. Thirty inactive boys were split into a group that did six weeks of wrestling training and a group that did not. The wrestling group showed clear improvements in well-being and resilience, and a large drop in anxiety, while the control group did not.
