Summary
This study looked at whether a six-week wrestling program could improve psychological well-being, reduce anxiety, and build resilience in adolescent boys aged 12 to 15. Thirty boys who had no prior wrestling experience took part; half did wrestling training while the other half kept their normal routines. Researchers measured changes in well-being, anxiety, and resilience before and after the program.
