Wrestling grapples with teen anxiety, boosts resilience
NCT ID NCT07373652
Summary
This study tested whether a six-week wrestling training program could improve mental health in teenage boys. Thirty boys aged 12-15 were split into two groups: one did wrestling training three times a week, while the other continued their normal routines. Researchers measured changes in anxiety, resilience, and overall well-being to see if the sport provided psychological benefits.
