Summary
This study tested whether a special wound dressing called Oasis ECM helps hard-to-heal wounds get better compared to standard wound care. Researchers worked with 41 people in the UK who had wounds that hadn't healed for at least a month. They measured how many wounds showed significant improvement and tracked patients' quality of life.
