First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at a new way to treat second-degree burns using a patient's own skin cells. After cleaning the burn, doctors apply a spray of the patient's skin cells and cover it with a special dressing. The goal is to see if this helps burns heal faster and with less scarring compared to standard treatments. About 386 people with second-degree burns will take part.
