New silicone dressings show promise for stubborn leg wounds

Summary
This study looked at how well two silicone dressings help heal long-lasting leg and foot ulcers. 80 adults with venous leg ulcers or diabetic foot ulcers used the dressings for up to 12 weeks. The main goal was to see if the wounds got smaller, and the study also checked skin health and patient comfort.
