Summary
This study is testing if a simple skin moisture measurement can better predict whether a healed chronic wound will reopen. It compares this new measurement to the current standard of just looking at the wound. The goal is to find a more reliable way to know when a wound is truly healed, which could help prevent painful and costly recurrences.
