Summary

This study tested if adding a drug called moxidectin to the standard treatment (albendazole) works better to cure whipworm infections in children aged 6-12. It was a completed Phase 3 trial with 224 children in Tanzania. The main goal was to see if the combination cleared the infection more effectively and was safe for this younger age group.
