Summary
This study tests a simple ergonomics program to see if it can reduce muscle and joint pain in university employees who use computers at least 3 hours a day. About 100 participants will get personalized advice on desk setup and posture, and their symptoms will be tracked over 4 weeks. The goal is to find a practical way to ease common work-related aches without medication.
