Summary
This study is testing a workplace wellness program designed to help desk workers reduce their sitting time and move more during the workday. It will enroll 4,800 participants across multiple worksites to see if the program effectively changes behavior and is practical for companies to implement. The research will also measure if the program improves workers' quality of life, reduces pain, and is cost-effective for employers.
