Summary
This study aimed to understand how often healthcare workers experience violence at work and how it affects them. Researchers surveyed 3,000 full-time, part-time, and per diem healthcare employees. The goal was to gather information on the frequency of incidents and their impact on staff well-being and patient care, as a first step toward finding solutions.
