Summary
This study aims to understand how often physiotherapists experience workplace bullying and how satisfied they are with their jobs. Researchers will survey 200 physiotherapists in Turkey using questionnaires about bullying experiences and job satisfaction. The goal is to gather information about workplace conditions in this healthcare profession.
