First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new training method for construction workers who work at heights. It uses immersive virtual reality (VR) and measures heart rate and breathing to see if workers learn safety skills better. Twenty first-time trainees will practice in realistic, risky scenarios without real danger. The goal is to see if VR training improves safety, reduces accidents, and boosts confidence.
