Summary

This early-stage study tests whether transplanting specially cleaned gut bacteria from healthy donors can improve autism and ADHD symptoms in children aged 3 to 17. The treatment, called washed microbiota transplantation (WMT), aims to fix gut imbalances that may affect the brain. Researchers will track changes in behavior and gut health over time.
