Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called WJ13405 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The trial aimed to find a safe dose and see if the drug could help control cancer growth, particularly for patients with a specific genetic mutation called EGFR C797X. The study was terminated after enrolling 14 participants to evaluate safety and early signs of effectiveness.
