Summary

This study looks at two surgeries to prevent ovarian cancer in women aged 30 to 50 who have gene mutations that raise their risk. One surgery removes both the fallopian tubes and ovaries, while the other removes only the tubes first and delays ovary removal. The goal is to see which approach better preserves sexual function and quality of life while still preventing cancer.
