Summary

This study tests whether simple online exercises—like writing a gratitude letter—can boost well-being and reduce burnout in adults, especially healthcare workers. Up to 8,000 participants will try one or more tools and complete surveys over a year. The goal is to see if these brief activities can ease stress, depression, and emotional exhaustion.
