New dental injection could make wisdom tooth removal less painful

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an extra numbing injection near the wisdom tooth provides better pain control during removal. Researchers will compare the standard numbing technique against the standard technique plus this additional injection in 120 patients. The goal is to find which approach helps patients experience less pain during the procedure.
