Summary
This study tested a new wireless electrode system (called Asterisk) for people with below-elbow amputations who use myoelectric prostheses. The goal was to see if wireless electrodes improve comfort and control compared to standard wired systems. Four current prosthesis users participated, each trying both systems for one month and reporting their satisfaction.
