Can winter jump drills make sprinters faster and healthier?
NCT ID NCT07488000
Summary
This study aims to see if a winter training program of jumping exercises (plyometrics) helps competitive sprinters improve their race times and reduce leg problems. Researchers will observe 25 sprinters over a season, tracking their performance, injuries, sleep, and training load. The goal is to gather information on how this specific training affects athletes, not to test a new treatment.
