Summary
This study aims to understand if regularly playing wind instruments like the flute affects children's posture, chest mobility, breathing rate, and walking fitness. Researchers will compare 80 children aged 8-14 who play these instruments with peers who do not. The goal is to gather knowledge about how this musical activity might influence physical development during childhood.
