Summary
This study looks at whether playing wind instruments like the flute or melodica improves chest movement, posture, and breathing in children aged 8 to 14. Researchers will compare 40 children who have played regularly for at least a year with 40 children who have never played a wind instrument. The goal is to understand how this musical activity affects the body during a key growth period.
