Summary

This study looks at whether Wim Hof breathing exercises can improve lung function in young men who smoke e-cigarettes. About 42 participants aged 18-29 will practice the exercises, and researchers will measure their breathing, oxygen levels, and walking ability. The goal is to see if this simple technique can ease some of the damage caused by vaping.
