NCT ID NCT07399119
First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding the Wim Hof breathing method to a short aerobic workout can improve heart rate, oxygen levels, and blood pressure in healthy young smokers. Sixty smokers aged 18 to 25 will be split into two groups: one does a 12-minute walk or jog, and the other does the same exercise plus the breathing method before and after. The goal is to see if the breathing technique offers any immediate benefits for smokers.
