Summary

This study is testing if an 8-week diet focused on whole foods, without strict calorie counting, can help reduce body fat in teenagers with obesity. Researchers will enroll 60 participants, including teens and a parent, to see if the diet improves body composition and overall diet quality for the whole family. The goal is to find a sustainable, family-friendly approach to managing weight.
