NCT ID NCT07478861
First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether whole-body vibration training can improve body composition, muscle strength, walking speed, and pain in older adults who have both knee osteoarthritis and sarcopenic obesity (muscle loss with excess fat). About 30 people will take part, and researchers will compare results between men and women. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug way to help seniors move better and feel less pain.
