First seen Nov 28, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether two special needle treatments (electrolysis and dry needling) are better than standard physical therapy for people with whiplash from a car accident. 36 adults with neck pain and active trigger points will receive one of the three treatments. Researchers will measure pain, blood flow, and muscle stiffness over the short and medium term.
