Summary
This study looks at whether drinking whey protein twice a day can help control blood sugar and insulin levels in people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 50-70 who are overweight or have high blood sugar. Participants will follow a special meal plan and have their blood sugar monitored continuously for 7 days on two separate occasions.
