Summary

This study looks at how drinking a wheat-based fermented beverage every day for 4 weeks changes the bacteria in your gut and mouth, as well as blood sugar, insulin, and cholesterol levels. Twenty healthy adults will participate. The goal is to learn whether this drink can improve metabolic health, not to treat any disease.
