Summary
This study tested whether an 11-week education and counseling program delivered through WhatsApp could help new mothers. Researchers wanted to see if the program improved mothers' confidence with breastfeeding, satisfaction with their postpartum bodies, healthy lifestyle habits, and weight management. The program included short videos and counseling sessions, and its effects were measured over six months.
