Summary

This study tested whether a simple planning exercise could help university tennis students feel more confident about continuing their sports training. Researchers also checked if adding WhatsApp reminder messages made the planning exercise more effective. The study involved 22 university tennis students who were randomly assigned to use the planning exercise alone or with WhatsApp reminders over four weeks.
