Summary
This study tested whether an 11-week program of WhatsApp messages and counseling could help new mothers feel more confident about breastfeeding, happier with their bodies, and adopt healthier lifestyles. 86 women in Turkey took part, with half receiving the WhatsApp support and half getting standard care. The goal was to see if a simple phone-based program could improve well-being after childbirth.
