NCT ID NCT07245784
Summary
This study is testing whether certain health and wellness products can improve memory, focus, and thinking skills. About 850 adults in the U.S. will take either an active product or a placebo (inactive pill) for 13 weeks without knowing which one they get. Participants will report on their cognitive function, fatigue, and sleep through online surveys to see if the products make a difference.
